Know-how of the organization for the inclusion of disadvantaged participants:
Building a culture of inclusion and acceptance of diversity is a constant process that requires commitment and consistency. With attention and effort, we try to create an environment where each participant feels welcome and respected.
Listening and understanding: It is important to understand the needs and challenges of people with fewer opportunities. We ask them questions, listen to their stories and try to understand what exactly they need.
Flexibility in programs and events: We adapt our events and programs to include a variety of participants. We ensure accessibility at the venue, allow for the inclusion of assistants, audio or visual aids, and more.
Training and skills exchange: We organize initiatives and trainings that are accessible to all. We support the exchange of skills and experience between participants.
Partnership and collaboration: We work in collaboration with local communities, NGOs and accessibility specialists to ensure wider access and support for people with special needs.
Avoiding stereotypes and discrimination: Our approach is inclusive and prevents discrimination. We provide training and information to eliminate stereotypes and prejudices.
