We would like to present you the results of the teaching or training assignments “Methods for working with vulnerable groups – migrants and refugees” 29.03.2024-07.04.2024 Turkey, under the Erasmus+ project.
Experts and volunteers with expertise and experience on ADU education was attended.
All participants received Europass certificates!
The mobility was free of charge, including travel and accommodation costs, as well as meals for participants! 14 teachers and experts participated

Each of the topics aims to build on existing knowledge, skills, and attitudes and to support future work and engagement with refugees and migrants, as well as anti-discrimination practices Competences to be acquired by the participant: Teaching assignments abroad for professionals involved in adult education. Through teaching abroad, you gain a broader perspective on education, exchange knowledge with your colleagues in another country and pick up educational good practices. Both experts of the sending and hosting organization: achieving an effective fight against discrimination, developing social, civic, and intercultural competencies, media literacy, and critical thinking, as well as fighting segregation, racism, harassment, and violence. Increasing competences, tolerance, and relations with migrants and refugees. Strategic partnerships with specialists from other European countries increased motivation and activity to develop critical thinking and learn innovative practices for the integration of refugees and migrants. They will be on the following topics: sociocultural integration, understanding folk psychology, critical thinking and combating discrimination, and using social networks to combat discrimination. Acquisition of new and up-to-date knowledge about the motivation for migration and refugee status, implementation of new integrative techniques for socialization of persons with refugee and/or migrant status. By increasing personal and professional knowledge, skills, and competencies, our experts will be more effective in their work with vulnerable groups, with integration activities and anti-discrimination. Through international cooperation, we want to expand the dimension of our activity from the national to European level and enrich our work with new and fresh good practices, methods, instruments, tools, ideas, and ways of putting them into practice |
